While your date is secured once booked, I’m always happy to accommodate reasonable adjustments when possible — whether that’s timeline or location tweaks, or adding coverage — as long as we communicate early.

Every booking includes a clear, easy-to-understand agreement outlining payment schedules, rescheduling policies, and gallery delivery timelines. Nothing overwhelming — just thoughtful structure so your experience feels seamless from start to finish.

A retainer is simply the non-refundable deposit that reserves your date on my calendar. Once it’s received and your contract is signed, your session is officially secured and all yours — no one else can claim it.

Calendars tend to fill quickly—especially during peak seasons—so I always recommend reaching out as soon as you feel ready. And if your timeline feels a little last minute, don’t hesitate to ask — there may still be space to tell your story.
